The Mission of Kiehl's states that we are "to improve in some way the quality of the community... making for better citizens, better firms, and better communities." To that end, we focus our efforts first and foremost on the betterment of our local communities by focusing our philanthropic endeavours on the needs and concerns of their citizens.
Through "Kiehl's Gives," we take a grassroots approach to help local teams focus on three key causes in their communities: the environment, children's well-being, and LGBTQ+ causes. To date, we have partnered with over 50 charities worldwide.

Since 2020, we have partnered with the LGBT+ young people's charity, Just Like Us who help empower LGBTQ+ young people to champion equality and inclusion within schools and equips them, their teachers and straight/cisgender peers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to make their schools more supportive places where everyone can thrive.
2023 marks our fourth year supporting the charity and to date, Kiehl’s has donated a total of £50,000 to Just Like Us. Our donation has helped to reach over 30,000 school students for the charity’s mission to eliminate all forms for LGBT+ bullying

Furthering research on HIV/AIDS in local communities

Kiehl’s partnered with MTV Staying Alive for over 5 years. We collaborated to create limited edition design products, with money being donated for every pot sold. Our Kiehl’s Skin Pro’s have raised money in their local stores and as of 2020, we had raised over £400k for the partnership.

This money has supported great initiatives such as Young Queer Alliance in Mauritius and Public Health Ambassadors in Uganda.
