3) Shop our stores over the phone or by email. Available in all boutiques except Belfast. Call or email your local store to place your order. You will be sent a secure payment link via email.


Choose from the following delivery options:
a. Postal Delivery – Available on all orders.
b. Kerbside Pickup - Same day collection available on all orders.
c. Kiehl’s On Wheels Same Day Delivery – Available for customers within 5 miles of selected stores in England, Wales & ROI on orders of over £50 (€60 for ROI). Same day delivery if you order by 3pm.



As we welcome you back into our stores, the health and safety of our customers and employees remains our priority. We want to provide you with a safe shopping experience. To make this possible, we ask that if you want to receive personalised skincare advice from a Kiehl’s skincare expert in-store, please make an appointment online.

To ensure customer and employee safety, we have put in place a number of measures. These include a no-touch service, limited customers in store at any one time, masks worn at all times by our Kiehl’s Skincare Experts and regular cleaning throughout the day.

We have reworked the store to provide you with visible social distancing measures. This includes clear signage on floors and protective screens at point of payment. We will also remain cash-free to encourage contactless payment.

Prior to reopening, all our stores have been cleaned using approved disinfectants and we have launched new procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
