Our one-to-one appointments will be led by our Kiehl’s skincare experts at a store of your choice. Simply choose the consultation type, store and time convenient to you.
It’s your decision. If you already own a Kiehl’s product and want would like our skincare expert to demonstrate how to apply it live during your consultation, it may be better to attend without makeup, so you can practice the application.
DO I NEED TO TAKE NOTES?
We don’t want you to miss any product recommendations, so our Skincare Experts will send you an email after your appointment. This will contain all the products links, any tips they have shared with you and anything else you discussed.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THE CONSULTATION?
No, however if you already own some Kiehl’s products you may want to bring them with you. Then you can chat through your routine and learn more about your products from our skincare experts.
WHERE WILL MY CONSULTATION TAKE PLACE?
That depends on whether you booked an online or in-store appointment. In-store consultations will take place in the Kiehl’s store that you selected when booking. Online live video consultations will take place online using a secure link that we send in your confirmation email.
WHO WILL I BE SPEAKING TO?
You will be speaking to a Kiehl’s Skincare Expert. Online consultations are subject to our skincare experts’ availability, and we are unable to guarantee whether you will speak to a male, female or non-binary member of staff. Please note, your consultation is a recommendation and should not replace the advice of your Healthcare Professional.
HOW DO I JOIN THE ONLINE CONSULTATION?
When you book in for an online consultation, you will receive an email with a link to join. Just click this link when you are ready to chat to our brand expert.
HOW LONG ARE THE ONLINE CONSULTATIONS?
Consultations last for 30 minutes.
HOW DOES AN ONLINE CONSULTATION WORK?
Your online consultation will be a 1-2-1 video call with one of our skincare experts. They will help you find the right skincare products for your skin type.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE CONSULTATION?
No, our online and in-store skin consultations are complimentary services. In selected stores you may book a paid facial service and selected paid in-store services will be redeemable against your in-store purchase.
CAN YOU HELP ME SHOP FOR A PRESENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Of course, if a special occasion is coming up and you want to buy somebody a gift from Kiehl’s, we are more than happy to help find the right product for them. If you know their skin type, skin concern or any existing products that they use that will help us to personalise our recommendation.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY SPECIAL DISCOUNT?
Yes! Our Kiehl’s Skincare Expert will share a special discount with you after your online consultation. For in-store consultations, speak to our team to understand what offers are available.
